*Homosexual man seeks spousal protection
A New York man, who is accused along with his partner of stealing more than a million dollars from a Long Island school district, is seeking to prevent his longtime domestic partner from testifying against him, by arguing that he and his partner are entitled to the same rights as a heterosexual couple who have the protection of the marriage privilege clause.
